We are a small Inn with 10 bedrooms suitable for visiting the whole of Dorset.  Bovingtone Tank Museum and Monkey World are just 10-15 minutes drive away and the beaches of Swanage and Studland are just 10 minutes.  We are situated in the Square of Corfe Castle Village just 150 yards from the entrance.  Swanage Steam Railway has a steam and diesel train service from the bottom of our large beer garden into Swanage.

We pride ourselves on the standards of our real ale selection.  Ringwood is our preferred product and we alternate the pumps to accommodate all tastes and strengths.

Purbeck Stone is the local building material and the Hotel is a great example of this.  Our rooves are made up of large Purbeck stone slates which weigh 1 ton for every 10 square feet.  We also have stone tables in the restaurant which are inlaid with septarian nodules which date back 150 million years.
